To support their HR Business Partnering function, they are looking for a stable, flexible, and independent HRBP to provide HR advisory services for the designated population. You will be working with highly capable talents from top tier organizations with the exposure to collaborate on projects and HR initiatives.
Description
Act as key point of contact to provide professional HR advice for designated departments in Hong Kong
Manage whole employee journey including onboarding arrangement, performance management, staff movements, employee dispute, termination & separations, annual review cycle, etc.
Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers and practice lead
Provide advice and review on ranking, salary adjustment, bonus recommendation, employer branding, staff retention strategies, and HR best practice
Identify opportunities for internal staff to develop culture, drive a better working environment and support the practice of D&I topics
Prepare and compile manpower management report
Handle ad hoc projects as needed
Profile
Native English and Chinese
Minimal 8 years stable track record of HR business partner and HR advisory experience from professional services industry, experience from financial services / legal firm is highly advantageous
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
Proactive, professional, independent; Strong numerical and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills with senior stakeholder management experience
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
