Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong profiles as an effective ambassador of the Hotel in the business sector
• Identify and develop business opportunities for events and catering sales
• Proactively create the strategic sales plan with a focus on catering and events
• Liaise and maintain a good relationship with all related parties
• Provide competitive market intelligence and identify the potential customers
• Lead, manage and drive team members to achieve sales targets
• Assist in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and to oversees their implementation
• Work closely with management for preparing the departmental annual budget and goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Tourism / Hospitality Management
• 2 years of related experience or at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in Opera, MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details

*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Manager.
