We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist day to day Loyalty Services operation involved in all aspects of Elite members’ journey, from pre-arrival planning all the way to the post-stay experience via different platform
  • Attend to incoming calls, emails, and assist and enhance Elite members’ staying experience, to maximize guests satisfaction 
  • Handle and consolidate Marriott Bonvoy membership reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation 
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by Superior

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Hotel Front Desk / Guest Relations, with relevant system proficiency
  • Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and OPERA (PMS)
