Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient customer service support , including handling incoming calls / email/ enquiries from customers and calls for IT support
• Assist to schedule or job assignments to the Technicians
• Proactively learn and stay updated with the latest knowledge related to the job responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• One year working experience in customer service area
• Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications & account admin
• Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications software and Chinese Word Processing
