Duties:

• Providing nursing care in a Christian residential home for children and adults who have intellectual and physical disabilities.
  
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for the daily nursing care.
  
• Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing staff and care workers.
  
• Evaluate service users care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Handing nursing administrative duties.
  
• Maintain and enforce infection control and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Registration with HK Nursing Council valid practicing Cert.
  
• Good communication in English and Chinese.
  
• Working experience with disabled people an advantage but not essential.
