Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand savvy in identifying market potential, defining brand role and building marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute brand and product portfolio GTM plans, new product development, brand communications and integrated marketing executions
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including brand principles, company management, cross functional teams and trade customers
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies
  • Own brand marketing P&L and justify investment ROI
  • Put data and insight into actions with deep understand of market trend, trade and consumer behaviours

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or a related field
  • 5-8 years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Strong business acumen and success in product GTM, driving brand portfolio growth, knowledge in beverage industry will be an advantage
  • Proven track record of successful new product development and integrated marketing programs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with passion to work effectively with sales teams and business partners in achieving shared goals
  • Sensitive and fast response to market and changes in business environment
  • Analytical and logical thinker
  • Enjoy working in fun yet dynamic environments
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
