Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up and coordinate for sales orders before/after deliveries, communicate with sales, warehouse and transportation team
• Inventory in/out record management
• Handle clerical duties including data entries, document printing, scanning and filing
• Support and monitor the team’s daily order handling process
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by team manager

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience in order admin/inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, proficiency in Oracle system is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, independent and hardworking
• Work Location in Yuen Long
• Candidate with more experience in order management will be considered as Supervisor
