Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities

1. Provide clerical support for daily sales activities, including the preparation and issuance of sales orders, invoices, sales reports and analyses, promotion reports, etc.
2. Provide strong support for sales coordination with both internal and external parties
3. Deliver good and polite customer service
4. Maintain department database records and a good filing system
5. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Diploma holder
2. Fresh graduates will also be considered
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel are a must)
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
6. Immediate availability is preferred
