Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust partnerships with both domestic and international agents.
• Organize and execute events, seminars, and webinars to boost sales performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.
• Address client inquiries and resolve complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher, with at least 2 years of B2B experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for fostering strong relationships with sales channels and partners.
• Strong negotiation skills, capable of addressing challenges and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Proficient in creating and delivering compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
