Job Responsibilities
Handle telephone & email enquiries and welcome customers'' feedback in a professional manner
Establish a professional image as Software Guidance / Solution Provider / Adviser
Maintain a good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer service
Provide excellent quality service to our valued customers with a great expectation & satisfaction
Help with ad-hoc assignments and deliver to internal users
Willing to assist customer operation training and will be given an opportunity to train as trainer
Job Requirements
Form 5 or above, preferable with Certificate / Diploma in Service Management or Computer Studies
Knowledge in general Microsoft Office applications usage
Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Pleasant personality, patient, and able to work under pressure
Experience in shipping or import/export trade is an advantage
Experience in evening and overnight shift is preferable, attractive allowance are provided
Immediately available preferred
Fresh graduate will be considered
