We welcome senior recruiters who would like to bring on their own team to build the desk together.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving their individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure the agency remains competitive in attracting the best candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with the agency's overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle escalated candidate and client issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within a recruitment agency.
- Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates to clients.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of recruiters.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
