Successful candidates would be responsible for:

• Reception duties (include greeting guests and patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries)
• General clinic administration and customer services
• Assist in clinic daily operations (include maintaining the tidiness of the clinic areas)
• Perform ad hoc project as requested
• Must be required to carry out duties as a receptionist in our other clinics, normal need working within both clinics on shift.
• Working Time: Flexible Working Schedule (Monday to Friday and Saturday etc)

Requirements:
- F.5 / HKCEE / HKDSE or above

- To be able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience and familiarity with Clinic Solution will be an advantage

- Possession of Physiotherapist Assistant Certificate will be an advantage

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, to be able to speak and write in other language(s) will be an advantage

- Responsible, self-initiative, hard working with good interpersonal skills

- Immediate availability is preferred
