Responsibilities:

• Perform daily credit control operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accounts.
• Manage and monitor receivables progress to ensure collection targets are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to resolve payment issues and foster strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outdoors and during night shifts.
• 5+ years of debt collection experience in a financial company is preferred.
• Extensive customer service experience, with a strong ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS applications, including MS Word and Excel.
• Must be diligent, responsible, proactive, and have a positive working attitude.
