• Operate the business in accordance with the agreed terms, conditions, KPI of the contract with key accounts
• Plan and resource the operations team for current and future growth
• Represent the company and the brand with clients and have regular review meetings and cultivate a good relationship based on good quality of service
• Maintain a very strong communication channel with the clients and vendors and agree on each other’s performance requirements
• Periodically present the operations KPIs to internal and external parties
• Manage the data and analytics to look at data driven decisions and improvement areas
• Work with skynet global network to maintain and improve a good standard of service for the clients
• Develop a closer relationship with the internal stakeholders to execute the key account plans.
• Monitor the pre-agreed financial performance of each key account and growth rates anage all data exchanges with clients related to billing and appealing service penalties

Work experience and skills

• Min 5 years of experience in key account or operations managing a Multi-National Brand in the Freight or express industry
• Chinese marketplace or logistics aggregator experience will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of overseas e-comemrce markets will be an advantage
• Past experience in managing teams, including remote management of team members
• Willingness to travel to other countries for related business trips
• Willingness to be flexible with time when responding to clients in China
• Fluent Communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Project management qualifications will be an advantage
• IT and back-end software qualifications will be an advantage

Pay: From $30,000.00 per month
