Job Title: Project Executive / coordinator

Job Description:

Collaborate with the team (Hong Kong and China) to develop supply chain, automation, and robotics-related systems with a focus on requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

Bridge communication between clients, oversea vendors, branches, and technical teams ensure solutions aligned with logistics’ s goal

Assist new customer onboarding and implementation

Conduct project tracking, resolve project issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Manage vendors and subcontractors effectively.

Handle customer complaints or other emergencies efficiently and effectively.

Regularly summarize work progress and analyze operation data.

Work with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, proactively taking on tasks, maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude under work pressure

Job Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or above (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of working experience in ecommerce logistics project

· Strong team spirit.

· Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications.

· Willingness to work under pressure.

· Knowledge of ecommerce logistics, courier business is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: HKD 15,000–18,000 per month.
• Leave: 12 annual leave days.
• Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on performance

Pay: From $23,000.00 per month
