• 5-7 years of IT experience in WAN, LAN, SAN, Windows Server, VMware, and more.
• At least 5 years as a network/system administrator with project implementation experience.
• Proficient in supporting end-users and managing Cisco technologies.
  
  

• Monitor and plan resources, performance, and capacity of network systems and servers.
• Troubleshoot system warnings and logs to ensure a secure infrastructure.
• Conduct incident and problem management; troubleshoot at both host and network levels.
• Maintain IT infrastructure configuration documents and knowledge base content.
• Supervise IT help desk support for Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
• Manage IT procurement for both locations.
• Oversee network/infrastructure projects. Working location: Wanchai
