職責

• 為貴賓提供高檔潮州菜，根據客人的需要和飲食限制來設計功能表
• 挑選並準備每日膳食菜單及材料, 準備及烹飪
• 負責餐廳食材採購、處理、製作及存貨管理
• 負責廚房日常管理和維持食物及環境安全衛生，並確保符合衛生標準
  
  

要求

• 具有10年以上廚師經驗，擔任過酒樓主廚或者副廚
• 具備創新菜式和營養搭配的知識及能力
• 精通潮州菜
• 工作態度積極主動、有責任感、親切有禮
