Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the agency business development efforts of the insurance company. You need to establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners. This role involves hands-on management of end-to-end processes and participation in various ad hoc projects. You will need to multitask effectively to achieve business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute agency business development strategies to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities.
• Provide product support to agents from a sales perspective, including development sales pitches and compelling sales stories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency office and partners.
• Manage multiple ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for business development.
• Monitor the progress of business development initiatives and report on performance and outcomes regularly.
• Develop and execute high net work strategies to meet business goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance, business, or marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, product or marketing within the insurance industry or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
