Accountant (FI Firm)
Job Description
- Responsible for daily accounting function such as payment transactions, journal voucher preparation, bank reconciliation and cash flow management. Ensure data is accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner;
- Responsible for payments, treasury and banking platform;
- Prepare for month-end closing and financial reporting;
- Handle full set of accounts and data analysis;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects such as system migration; and
- Make sure procedures are carried out in adherence to internal policy.
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of accounting experience;
- CPA student member or qualified accountant would be a plus;
- Enthusiastic, flexible, detailed-minded, mature and able to work independently;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Accounting system such as Flex Account, adobe is definite advantage;
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage; and
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
