Responsibilities: Handling customer’s enquiries, orders follow-up & shipment arrangement
Arrange order and delivery schedule with suppliers
Renew client’s software maintenance contracts, hardware service and repair contracts, data entry, update and file documents and any other ad hoc duties
Handle general reception duties, handling phone calls, greeting guest, mailing and courier services and arrange office supplies
Requirements: Form 5 or above
At least 2 years experiences in office administration
Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Mature, well-organized and detail-oriented
Good computer skill such as excel, word and Chinese word processing
Immediate is preferred
