Job Description

職位要求

Ø 中五或以上程度

Ø 必須具備5年以上辦公室助理經驗

Ø 良好粵語,略懂英語、普通話及基本電腦操作知識(電腦硬件軟件安裝及簡單電腦故障支援)

Ø 勤奮盡責,守時有禮,誠實和自律

工作範圍

Ø 執行外勤工作及出外派送文件或貨件(中港地區)

Ø 搬運物資、整理辦公室設備和場地、倉務及庶務工作

Ø 協助前台當值及其他臨時緊急辦公室支援工作

Ø 其他直屬主管指派的工作

福利

Ø 每週五天工作(星期一至五)、公司提供午膳

Ø 銀行假期、12天年假、醫療保險等, 花紅
