• Provide on-site technical support for Huawei Cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth customer operations.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and integration of Huawei Cloud solutions at customer sites.
• Conduct system maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance tuning, to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for improved performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, user guides, and best practice recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement measures to protect customer data and infrastructure.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Huawei Cloud products (e.g., FusionSphere, FusionStorage, FusionAccess).
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, networking protocols, and storage technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Huawei Certified ICT Engineer - HCIE in Cloud Computing) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work outside standard business hours when needed.
