Job Duties:

• To assist in the efficient operation of the Food of Animal Origin Unit
• To assist in documentary vetting of information submitted by the food establishments to ensure that they conform to the requirements of the importing countries/places
• To conduct on-site inspections at food factories and deal with food establishments to ensure that they conform to the requirements of the importing countries/places
• To process applications for Health Certificate for Foods of Animal Origin (HC for FAO)
• To assist in the review of procedures and fee structure for the issue of HC for FAO
• To update statistics in relation to export of food of animal origin

Requirements:

• Bachelor in food safety, public health, life science, biological science, or related disciplines
• 8 years of related working experience
• Immediately available highly prefer
