Role Description

The Regency Spices team is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager. 

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining all the workflows and operations in the Production and Warehouse team. They ensure all delivery orders are picked accurately and on time. They balance production schedules so that inventory levels are maintained and production quality is kept to a consistent benchmark. They provide / oversee training to new joiners throughout the department.

They also oversee all inventory related movements in our warehouse from goods receiving to transfers on and around production floor, they investigate stock issues such as shortage, spoilage etc. They monitor and maintain the work environment to a high standard of hygiene and organisation necessary for a food business of our scale.

This position is a full-time permanent job. 

Working location: Tsuen Wan

Factory working hours:

Mon-Fri 7:30AM -> 5:00PM

Saturdays: 7:00AM-11AM

All public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Supervision experience
• Budget Management, Strategic Planning, and Performance Monitoring abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Remuneration

• HK$35K-45K basic salary depending on experience
• Other details of pay package including performance incentives etc. to be discussed at interview
