• Clients: An Interior Fit-Out Contractor
• Position: QS Manager
  
• Responsibilities: Full spectrum of QS functions. Pre & Post-Contract administration.
• $60-75K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Professional qualification preferred; HKIS, RICS
• 12-15 years QS experience gained with contractor for fit-out works
• Good experience in pre/post-contract administration
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
