Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support to lead and manage the Customer Support team proactively.
• Support to expand transaction business in HKG in various measurements and contribute to the Bank by co-working with colleagues in Singapore and Japan regional team.
• Support the head of CS to plan and manage the team to achieve Global Transaction Banking business target or KPI and to carry out well balance management of the team among promotion, system development, supporting customers and compliance, regulatory issues.
• Responsible to provide timely and proper support to our customers.
• Coach junior staff in order to meet the department/corporate objectives or strategies.
• Suggest or raise up his own view based on his observation as the responsible person for operation, system and compliance in our department.
• Take a necessary action independently to negotiate with our stakeholder especially in operation, system and compliance issue.
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
• Experienced in Transaction Banking sector with coaching experience.
• Deep professional knowledge of transaction business and system.
• Solid client facing, business promotion and problem-solving skill.
• Good communication skill and stakeholder management.
