Job Description:
The role sits in Trade Finance Operations and is to provide administrative supports such as executive assistant, handling all suppliers' invoice reconciliation and payments, keeping inventory and order of stationeries including delivery, document storage and retention record, handling physical drafts under supply chain finance, employee engagement and diversity & Inclusion activities support for the Operations. The role is a team player and works closely with colleagues and internal business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative supports including executive assistant.
  • Handling all suppliers’ invoice reconciliation and payments.
  • Keeping inventory and order of stationeries including delivery and document storage and retention record.
  • Handling physical drafts under supply chain finance.
  • Supporting Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion activities, capacity planning.
  • Creating process maps and organizational charts and updates.

Skills:

  • Bachelor degree. 5 years (or above) of working experience in financial industry, preferably in International Trade Finance.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese speaking, accurate and effective in English writing, effective communication.
  • Strong commitment, collaborative, proactive, flexible and adaptable to change, willingness to accept challenges, working under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines, sometimes working outside office.
  • Strong analytical skill, attention to details and fast learner.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel Spreadsheet including pivot table and V Lookup, Power Point and Visio.
  • Strong client mindset and sense of information security to protect clients’ and bank’s information and data.
