Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

Our client is a well-known Hong Kong property developer. We are assisting them in looking for a Senior Accountant/ Assistant Finance Manager to join their Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, book-keeping and all aspect of daily accounting activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidated management reports
• Prepare budget & forecast, raise out any potential variances
• Involve in system enhancement, re-engineering and workflow control
• Implement and maintain group internal controls, liaise with auditors
• Prepare tax computation and assist in tax planning
• Ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline with accountant qualification
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA)
• At least 4-6 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Working experience in the property industry is a plus
• Self-initiative, willing to accept challenges, strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
