Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Seasoned executive leadership experience within banking or financial institutions
• Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with digital transformation and process optimization.
