As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Assistant Project Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for residential projects
Plan and deliver effective ATL & BTL marketing collaterals and social media plans
Ensure smooth execution of marketing materials and in compliance with first-hand sales ordinance
Implement PR, press and sales events
Conduct property market research, monitor and analyze industry trends on market intelligence
Work closely with business associates such as marketing consultants and advertising agencies etc.
Handling ad hoc assignments whenever necessary

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines
At least 6 years of experience in marketing, PR/ advertising agency, solid experience with property developers preferred
Experience with luxury properties/ brands preferred
Experience in compliance with the first hand sales ordinance highly preferred
Strong research, analytical skills, good marketing sense and meticulous
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Passionate, agile and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
