Responsibilities: 

  • Provide timely, accurate and relevant cash flow information for financial & management reporting and decision making
  • Set and maintain appropriate assumption in order to assist in liquidity management to ensure effective utilization of Group’s resources and achievement of Group’s plans and objectives
  • Prepare cash flow information, weekly and monthly analysis reports
  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions, including forecasting cash flows and maintaining adequate liquidity levels
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to collect/review financial information
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ accounting/ auditing experience from sizeable companies 
  • Experience in property developer industry is preferred
  • Solid cashflow management and forecasting experience is essential
  • Organized, attention to details, high accuracy, sound judgement and excellent integrity
  • Able to meet deadlines and always strive for improvements
  • Strong in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience in using Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus
