As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Client Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong. 


Responsibilities:

  • Review handover planning and procedures in collaboration with the Projects and Property Management teams
  • Participate in the handover process with buyers
  • Follow up on defect rectification and inquiries from agencies or buyers
  • Provide additional after-sales services
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and service outcomes
  • Assist in training new team members on client service procedures and project information
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as needed
  • Participate in and support sales launches

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with experience in customer service
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience from reputable property developers
  • Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded, and a team player
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Hands-on PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Availability to work on a roster basis is required
