Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and checking and coordinating building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality control of works are strictly followed
  • Check on site to ensure all installed materials comply with contract specifications and working procedures
  • Monitor the progress and carry out site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations
  • Assist project team / consultants to deal with and resolve all technical issues on site
  • Monitor contractors' defect rectification works and deliver quality results within timeline

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of on-site experience including 5 years in residential project is preferred
  • Experience in handover residential flat unit is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, systematic and able to work in “One-team One-goal” culture
  • Good command of English and Chinese
