Responsibilities

• Assist in developing supply chain and logistics systems, including the Enterprise Resource Planning project (iERP)

• Support the planning and implementation of inventory and supply chain projects / initiatives / improvement in inventory control, spare management, stores operations, truck fleet management, logistics processes and systems

• Collaborate with teams to streamline process and workflow on inventory control, spare management, stores operations, truck fleet management, logistics processes and systems to ensure an effective operation coping with the corporate strategies

• Act as the coordinator to liaise with module users, IT professionals and specialists on system related matters and oversee interfaces between systems

• Analyse and evaluate the impact of business growth, changes in maintenance philosophy and advancements in technology for developing supply chain and inventory

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic and Transport or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Railway Inventory System, Accounting & Data Control; of which 1 year in supervisory role; OR
• Higher Diploma in Management Studies / Financial Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
• Hands on experience in world-class ERP System (e.g. ORACLE and SAP) and familiarity with Railway Supply Chain
• Sound knowledge of end-user computing, warehouse management and logistics and distribution with inventory control technique 

Remarks  

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
