Purpose of Position
CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Associate with exceptional aesthetic sensibility to join our Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will own and execute marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with CASETiFY's premium visual identity while driving brand growth and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate has a sophisticated eye for visual curation, understands the intersection of technology and fashion, and can translate creative vision into compelling marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
The position reports directly to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and collaborates with various team members, global functional teams and regional departments on their marketing initiatives.
Job Description
Project Ownership & Execution
Lead and execute brand campaigns and product launches from ideation to post-campaign analysis
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with minimal supervision
Develop comprehensive project briefs and creative specifications for campaigns
Campaign Creative Planning
Develop content architecture that aligns with brand pillars and marketing objectives
Contribute to moodboards, style guides, and creative concepts
Identify emerging visual trends in technology, fashion, and lifestyle sectors
Creative Production Management
Collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams, production houses, and freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets
Provide clear marketing direction and feedback to designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals
Manage creative review processes to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectives
Copywriting & Content
Develop on-brand copy for campaign materials across channels
Ensure consistent tone of voice across all brand communications
Review and approve content for marketing campaigns and product launches
Strategic Input
Provide strategic recommendations for campaign positioning and messaging
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Stakeholder Management
Serve as liaison between marketing, design, product, and executive teams
Present campaign concepts and updates to internal stakeholders with polished, visually compelling presentations
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure global campaign consistency
Requirement
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, design, or lifestyle brands
Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and visual curation abilities
Experience managing creative projects from concept to execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or other graphic applications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
