Responsible for driving sales metrics (sales volume, close rate, advisor efficiency, and others as business needs change).
Lead, manage, and grow a team of motivated and effective Used Car Advisors.
Work cross-functionality with the other organizations within Tesla (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Charging, Finance teams) to ensure workflows are the best available.
Engage field teams to support expansion of used sales.
Participate in testing of new, updated and innovative processes.
Communicate data-based performance metrics in team meetings and as needed by the business.
Resolve issues related to website and customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns and escalations as needed.
What You’ll Bring :
BA/BS, or equivalent preferred.
Management experience leading a team of people preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
Ability to work across multiple systems.
