• Lead the finance team for the retail division.
• Manage financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
• Support operational decision-making with financial analysis and insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA is a must
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on the retail industry, with Big4 training is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
