What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong business partnerships.
