My client is a reputable regional life insurer, with year-on-year growing premiums and a stable work environment. Their office, located in the core business area on Hong Kong Island, offers a fantastic platform for any senior insurance professionals to step up to the executive level.

Your new role

• Develop and implement the company's product strategy.
• Coordinate the development and optimisation of product-related systems and workflows.
• Manage product information across regional markets, promoting innovation and new product development.
• Innovate product pricing technology, reporting, commission development, and placement strategy support.
• Audit product submissions from molecular organisations and prepare materials for internal and external regulators.
• Temporarily handle additional tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• With a minimum of 15 years of work experience in the life insurance sector, exposure to product development, product pricing and strategy would be a plus.
  
• Professional actuarial qualification (FSA etc) would be an advantage;
  
• Strong senior stakeholder management and professional proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong insurance market is a must.
  

What you'll get in return

Successful candidate will be offered a comprehensive package with an annual basic salary ranging from HKD 180,000 / month to HKD 250,000 / month, with discretionary bonus and other benefits. You will be leading a team of 20+ professionals in product pricing and product development functions.
