For one of our clients, we are looking for a UI/UX Web Designer, remotely from North Macedonia, Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As a UI/UX Web Designer, you will be responsible for transforming wireframes into stunning, high-fidelity mockups while adhering to the client's brand guidelines. Working closely with a team of talented designers, you will ensure that the designs you create enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates for our clients. Your expertise in Figma will help you bring to life designs that are both visually appealing and functional. You will also collaborate effectively with other team members, offering your input on design decisions and providing your expertise to meet project goals.

Accountabilities:

• Turn wireframes into high-fidelity mockups that align with the client's design language and brand identity.
• Work collaboratively with a team of designers to ensure designs are innovative, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, ensuring the final design meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for design improvements and iteratively refine your designs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, including the ability to create style libraries, handover files, and work with responsive autolayout.
• Strong design flexibility, with the ability to adapt to different brand guidelines and house styles.
• Passion for creating outstanding designs with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in sync with the EST time zone (overlap for at least 4 hours).
• Intermediate or better proficiency in English.
