What You Will Accomplish:

- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
