Comprehensive training in operations management in public bus sector

  • Rotation in both inspector and officer duties
  • Supervise the performance of Regulators and Bus Captains to deliver quality bus service
  • Monitor bus service level and ridership
  • Deploy buses and Bus Captains to meet timetable and demand
  • Plan and execute traffic events and diversions
  • Handle and investigate traffic accident and other emergency situations
  • Gather feedback from frontline operations

 

Skills and attributes

  • Bachelor Degree in ANY discipline
  • Possession of Class 1 & 2 driving license is an advantage (Trainees must obtain the driving license by the end of the 2-year program)
  • Active and outgoing, willing to work outdoor and on shift duty in uniform
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient with computer operation
  • Keen interest to pursue a career in the bus industry
  • Strong personality with initiative, leadership ability and willingness to learn
