Responsibilities

• Take ownership to lead and coach the team to achieve store and individual sales target
• Provide daily coaching to retail staff to improve product knowledge, selling techniques and customer service
• Customer Relationship Management, conduct luxury clientele, managing in-store VIP events, grow the customer database and increase client retention
• Maintain high standard of products presentation and visual merchandising is up to brand's standard
• Maintain stock organization and efficiency within the store

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years solid sales experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level or second in-charge experience in retail industry
• Passionate for Luxury and appreciate Craftsmanship
• Love Ocean and sensitive to Environmental Protection is a plus
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate retail staff
• Sales driven and customer service oriented
• Proven track record of managing a sales team
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
