The roarguns Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of the market and products, and a passion for fashion and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Define and implement the brand’s vision, mission, and positioning in alignment with company goals.
Product Development: Collaborate with teams to ensure product offerings align with brand identity and market demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Production, Merchandising, Sales teams to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Consumer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, gathering feedback to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct consumer and market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field..
5-7 years of experience in Merchandising Buying or Brand Management, preferably within the retail apparel / fashion industry.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and product planning , and consumer behavior.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
