We are hiring for one of our portfolio companies and they’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing to join their team.

In This Role, You Will

• End to end management of performance marketing activity across paid social channels e.g. Meta, Google.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce channels such as website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as paid search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEM strategies, enhancing visibility, driving relevant traffic, and improving conversion rates.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.
  
  

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of SEM and keyword optimization techniques, including experience with campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content and effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to drive impactful marketing strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
