Malvern College Hong Kong opened its doors to pupils in 2018 and has grown to be one of the leading schools in the territory. With strong links to Malvern College, a leading independent school in Worcestershire, England, the School seeks to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Learning Enhancement from August 2025.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with pupils who need additional support. This includes pupils with learning, social, emotional and behavioural, communication difficulties or long-term medical issues impacting on educational development. He/She may also work with gifted and talented pupils and students.

The successful candidate must have an appreciation of the Malvern heritage, an understanding of the IB PYP, MYP, and DP programmes, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism, to lead the continuing development and growth of MCHK as an outstanding British international school committed to capturing the Malvern ethos and vision. The Teacher of Learning Enhancement works under the guidance of the Director of Academic Enrichment (whole school).
