Manage the sales of a wide array of Mall Merchandizing business, identify qualified clients for using common area in malls, including kiosk and venues under portfolios
Develop, manage and explore new clients for sales kiosk, seasonal fairs, event organizers which helps to drive revenue growth of the business team
Assist the manager to implement the policies of venue leasing, to support the venue sponsors for non-profit making organizations identify the qualified clients
Monitor the display quality of existing clients and handle complaints if necessary
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in Sales and Marketing or business related disciplines
2 years of working experience in sales and marketing or business development is preferred
Prior experience in media advertising sales, promotion venue / kiosk letting of the shopping centres, or account servicing is preferred
Strong industry clients / contacts and good relationship with prospective exhibitors / willing to make the cold calls for potential clients is preferred.
Result-oriented, strong communication skills, good business and management skills, self-motivated, proactive, creative, hard working
Analytical mindset, good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
