Your new role
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support as needed

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandrin
  • Diploma or above
