We are looking for Investment Manager to join our team based in Hong Kong.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source, originate, underwrite and execute attractive real estate (logistics) investment opportunities in the APAC including Singapore, Hongkong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
• Demonstrate and expand local relationships and networks to help generate healthy deal pipeline in the target markets. Act as the main point of contact for local sale agents, advisors, vendors, developers and operating partners.
• Take the principle responsibility on deal screening and underwriting.
• Prepare an investment case for proposed acquisitions and present to internal teams.
• Work closely with the Transaction and Asset Management teams on deal execution, strategic asset management and exit.
• Conduct in-depth research on local markets and share knowledge with the team.
• Lead on preparing internal and external presentations and memos regarding existing or new investments.
• Train and support junior team members.

Job requirement:

• 3-6 years of direct real estate investment experience, either within an investment management / private equity fund or real estate company, with a strong track record originating and executing deals (preferable logistics) in target markets.
• Demonstrate strong local market knowledge and networks with local sale agents and advisors.
• Strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility and entrepreneurship with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Be able to work in a small team environment and independently.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills; able to write clear and concise investment summaries
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, and Mandarin would be a plus (but not essential).
• Candidates must have a BA or BS degree from an accredited institution, with preferred degrees in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics, or related areas. Must have strong academic credentials.
