Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of Carefood Business, identifying potential partners to drive sales.
• Lead the sales cycle, managing the sales process through various channels including email, WhatsApp, phone calls.
• Set sales goals and develop strategies for new products.
• Collaborate with the chef team to provide product improvements and ensure that company products meet current market needs.
• Conduct market research and develop sales strategies and distribution channels to optimize market coverage.
• Work with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
• Conduct Carefood promotion workshops.
• Participate in various sales events (e.g., exhibitions, community booths).
• Coordinate business enquiries in a timely manner and manage the prospect database.
• Support ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in sales and business development.
• Passionate about social innovation and contributing to our society.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in communication and presentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.
